Empowering and initiating the transformation of individuals, companies, and institutions by providing digital and financial solutions and business opportunities.
Egzakta Advisory is an exclusive and innovative consulting firm focused on strategy, technology, and business operations transformation. The company's primary focus is its commitment to helping other companies realize their most ambitious projects and create alternative possibilities. Egzakta comprises a professional team of consultants, analysts, and financial experts.
"We started relatively small," says Marko Marković, Executive Partner at Egzakta, whose extensive experience in the business and IT environment of the Western Balkans has positioned him well in this sector. "Now, our team comprises 25 consultants working across the region with top companies on strategic national and operational projects in the digital and IT sectors. We have established an IT company, so we not only provide advice, strategies, and assistance in setting up operational structures, but we also work on providing a comprehensive set of solutions and services to our clients."
Egzakta firmly believes that digital transformation is imperative for all companies, from the private to the public, to improve operational efficiency, increase employee engagement, and develop new business models. "Much work is being done in the e-government and citizen services sector," Marković explains. "We are conducting several interesting initiatives in public health related to public insurance companies, as well as a complete transformation of the core system of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance. We have also worked on digitizing loan and insurance processes in the financial sector and helped Telekom Srbija establish the first Venture Capital Fund in the Republic of Serbia. In addition, Egzakta has worked with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Sports on developing strategic and digital initiatives for many projects. We have been very successful and competitive with major management consulting firms and have become a preferred partner for many private and public companies in Serbia," Marković confirms. "Our goal is to be the best regional company in management consulting. We want to have a local presence while implementing international experience." Egzakta has also proven to be a significant player in the private sector, especially in telecommunications companies such as Telenor, Orion Telekom, and Telekom Srbija, and in assisting in strategic IT and digitization projects of the largest regional banks.
Egzakta's people-focused philosophy works on nurturing and empowering partnerships with its consultants and allows them to work independently on projects. "We are building a future knowledge base for ourselves and the market," Marković explains. "We want to transfer knowledge to the people we work with."
Since the outbreak of the pandemic, the importance of digitization and the IT sector has become increasingly prominent. Marković is aware of the importance of expanding Egzakta's vision beyond Serbia and the opportunities within the industry. "COVID-19 disrupted all of us in terms of travel and working abroad and in the region. However, we have operated in Slovenia, Croatia, and the Czech Republic," he notes. "We are now starting two medium-sized projects in Macedonia and have plans to expand operations to Romania and Bulgaria. We believe we can also be very competitive in the digital and IT sector in the Middle East."
