Belgrade, June 5, 2024 - The founders and partners of Egzakta Group presented the company's achievements over the past period and plans for the future at a private event for key partners, clients, and guests in Belgrade. The event gathered more than 200 distinguished business representatives. The evening began with a short corporate film that provided insight into the steps the group has taken recently and the strategic plan for further development.
Nenad Tešić, founder of Egzakta Group, highlighted the importance of organic growth and future acquisitions for strengthening market position. "Our growth path is not just about organic growth; we are also planning future acquisitions to further strengthen our market position. Introducing solid corporate structures and centralized strategy implementation are key to the long-term success of our company," said Tešić.
Zoran Radisavljević, founder of Egzakta Group, stated, "The founding of Egzakta Group marks a new era in our business. Our mission is to be leaders in digital transformation, using innovations and technologies to enhance our clients' businesses."
Đorđe Lazić, Managing Partner for IT, presented Egzakta Group's commitment to innovative software solutions. "In the past few years, through the acquisitions of TubeIQ, Prozone, and SSOE, we have formed an extremely strong and experienced engineering team. Creating personalized solutions that align with our clients' specific needs leads us to build long-term partnerships based on trust, quality, and innovation. Our strategy is clear – we connect with the best in the industry to build the future together," emphasized Lazić.
Srđan Krčo, Managing Partner for AI and IoT, and founder of DunavNET, which became part of Egzakta Group, spoke about technological expertise and synergy. "Egzakta's expertise in business domain, defining business strategies, and DunavNET's technical expertise in the fields of Internet of Things and artificial intelligence are a winning combination. Together, we can offer digital solutions that redefine industrial sectors," stated Krčo.
Marko Marković, founder of Egzakta Group, highlighted the importance of innovation and technological development for the company's success. "When we started this journey a few years ago, my dream was to create a company that would shake up the market while being a great place to work. A few experienced consultants with corporate backgrounds, always a bit unconventional for corporations, gathered a few talented young people around us and started building Egzakta. We began as a small consulting firm, competing with big names in the Serbian market, and proved that we can be just as professional and productive, often far better," said Marković.
Marković further emphasized the expansion of offerings in IT solutions, AI, and IoT technologies, as well as the importance of business education and the eSports sector. "The market teaches us that recognizing new trends is crucial for the success of any innovative company. We have expanded our offerings to AI and IoT solutions, which are inevitable components of future business domains. The merger with DunavNET is a logical move that will strengthen our market position. Additionally, we realized that Serbia needs a strong business school, which is why we brought the Rome Business School to Serbia and offered one of the most respected MBA programs in the region. With the knowledge of young people and the strength of our group, we have created the most prestigious eSports bootcamp in this part of Europe, preparing the best global eSports teams," added Marković.
Marković concluded his presentation with an optimistic view of the future and a commitment to further development. "From today, we function practically and in every sense as Egzakta Group, and that is why we invited you tonight to announce it. The group continues to develop and leverage the strength of the group and the value of all brands and companies within the group," he concluded.
At the end of the event, the new managing partners for different regions were introduced: Ljiljana Milić for Belgrade, Ivana Višnjić for Amsterdam, and Ratko Kuprešak for the Middle East office.
